Methodology

Instead of a brick and mortar building, the system is best implemented by practicing under pressure in the environments you might find yourself in a self-defense situation. This includes public spaces, your home, or yard. For distance learning, Skype and Zoom lessons are available.

Free weekly CLASSES

PRIVATE instruction

Private Instruction or local group classes can be arranged in your area. Private instruction can be held in your home or yard, or at a local park near your area. The larger the group, the lower the cost.
